• Randy BC: AI-powered tenancy guidance for British Columbia residential tenancy matters
• Roommate Matching: compatibility-based roommate matching service

Randy BC is an AI assistant that provides general information about BC residential tenancy law. Randy BC is NOT a lawyer and does NOT provide legal advice.

• Information provided by Randy BC is for educational and informational purposes only
• Randy BC's guidance does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such
• For legal matters, consult a qualified lawyer or contact the BC Residential Tenancy Branch directly
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on Randy BC's output

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platforms
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

My Roof Housing provides a platform for listing and discovering rental properties. We make reasonable efforts to verify listings but:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing
• We are not a party to any rental agreement between tenants and landlords
• Users should independently verify all property details before entering agreements

Our services may assist you in preparing forms and documents related to BC residential tenancy. You acknowledge that:

• Pre-filled forms are based on information you provide and should be reviewed for accuracy
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
• We do not file documents on your behalf with the Residential Tenancy Branch

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by International Group My Roof LTD and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Roof Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
